
Ben utilizes a person-centered and cognitive behavioral (CBT) approach to support clients in navigating life’s challenges. He strives to create a nonjudgmental, supportive space that promotes healing and overall well-being.
Using a strengths-based framework, Ben encourages personal growth, self-understanding, and meaningful change through the therapeutic process. He works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship concerns, and related challenges.
Ben has experience working in community behavioral health. He is available for both in-person and telehealth sessions.
