Patient Resources

We require all deductibles and co-pays be paid at the time of service. The balance is your responsibility regardless of whether or not your insurance company pays for your claim. It is ultimately your responsibility to know and understand your mental health insurance coverage. IE: Coverages, Maximums and Frequencies; including deductibles.

If you're in need of a reduced rate, please discuss this with your provider. We will try to accomodate any patient financial needs.

Glaser & Randhawa Mental Health Group supports the rights of each patient. We recognize and respect that each patient is an individual with unique healthcare needs and because of the importance of respecting each patient’s personal dignity, we provide considerate, respectful care focused upon the patient’s individual needs. The group affirms the patient’s rights to make decisions regarding his/her medical care, including the decision to discontinue treatment, to the extent permitted by law. By exercising your rights, you are assuming certain responsibilities.

We provide free parking to all patients and visitors. There is a lot located on the corner of LeMoyne and Claremont. Entrance is on LeMoyne.
