Stephanie Fratila

Stephanie is pursuing a master's degree from DePaul University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is committed to creating a safe, supportive space where individuals can explore their identities, values, and move toward meaningful change. Using an approach grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy, Stephanie aims to emphasize compassion, authenticity, and the importance of living in alignment with one's core values. She has spent the last 3.5 years gaining experience working on an inpatient psychiatric unit which allows her to bring in a solid foundation in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care while navigating situations of acute emotional distress. Her clinical interests include anxiety, depression, trauma, family systems, and relationship issues. Stephanie views counseling as a collaborative journey and is driven to helping her clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to live more fully and authentically.
